Silly Dev Fixes Major Mistake & Adds Tweaks

Oh man, I sure goofed...really bad!

• I forgot to put Player back to starting position when replacing ver. 1.1 with 1.2.
• Fixed now

Added features for ver. 1.3

• Added a plugin that allows more menu options
• Tweaked how max tears to 420 to fit "Jointer" pun (inspired by community member's ide to make max 690)
  • 160 from ball encounters
  • 200 in a secret cave
  • 60 from other chests (for challenge, one hidden well and another is missable)
  • See if you can find them all!
